If I buy a pack of cheap, tinted flash diffusers that are compatible with a Canon 430EX Speedlite, will they fit an older Canon 420EX Speedlite?

Since the website for STO-FEN products lists a different product code for diffusers for the 420EX and 430EX, I don't think they are compatible.
